Mocha Peppermint Smoothie

Today is a great day for a Mocha Peppermint Smoothie. A delicious holiday treat with a healthy twist from collagen protein and spinach! This gluten free, dairy free smoothie is perfect for an after school treat or an energizing breakfast.

3/4 c almond milk
1 small handful baby spinach
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop Protein Essentials Mocha Protein Powder
1 t orange zest
1/8 t of peppermint extract
Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until desired consistency is achieved. Top with whipped topping and crushed candy cane pieces. Enjoy!

1 t matcha

1 c almond milk
1 small container coffee yogurt

Protein Essentials is getting figgy with it! We love Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars, so we decided to throw one in a smoothie. The results were delicious! Try this gluten free, dairy free smoothie as a healthy breakfast or snack.

1 scoop Protein Essentials Mocha Protein Drink Mix,
1 fig bar (half a package),
1/2 frozen banana, handful spinach/kale,
1 c almond milk.
Add all the ingredients to your blender and process until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!

1 c almond milk

1 handful baby kale
1 c almond milk
1 c mixed berries, frozen
1/4 c white beans, frozen*
1 scoop Protein Essentials Mocha Collagen Protein Shake

Blend the ingredients until desired consistency is achieved. Optionally drizzle 1 T Sun-Butter heated in microwave for 30 seconds and 1 t ground flaxseed. Enjoy!
